Tikkivo Catalog Sync terms of service

Effective date: 6 October 2026.

Operator and service

The operator is Arturas Gotceitas, Įgulos g. 7-2, Šakių km., Kauno raj., Lietuva (Lithuania), reachable at arthugot@gmail.com. Tikkivo Catalog Sync is an embedded Shopify app for importing and updating authorized product catalogs from supported files and feeds. By using the app, you agree to these terms on behalf of the merchant you are authorized to represent. Shopify is a separate provider and its terms continue to apply to its platform.

Authorized use

You must have authority to configure the store and use the supplier content and endpoints you provide. You are responsible for product accuracy, intellectual-property rights, lawful sales and any personal information in your files. Do not copy unauthorized catalogs, access private systems without permission, distribute unlawful material, compromise another store or bypass service limits or security measures. Do not submit customer records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Setup and product changes

You choose identifiers, field mappings, currency, inventory location, source authority and automation settings. Manual changes require approval after preview. If you explicitly enable automatic application on an eligible scheduled source, changes may apply under those settings without separate approval for each run. Review settings and test a small sample first.

Unmapped fields are generally unchanged; supported explicit clearing requires care. New products start as drafts. Missing feed rows do not automatically delete products. Prices are not currency-converted, and the current release assumes two decimal places. Inventory updates depend on feed accuracy, timing, location authority and Shopify state. The service does not guarantee prevention of overselling.

Shopify and suppliers may reject or delay changes, and partial writes can occur. Unverified outcomes need read-only verification or support review rather than blind retries. Cancelling remaining work does not undo completed changes. The app is not a general catalog-backup or rollback tool; keep independent exports and recovery procedures.

Supported scope and limits

Supported connections are CSV/XLSX file uploads, HTTPS feeds, published Google Sheets CSV and read-only JSON REST APIs. Supported authentication and pagination depend on the connector settings. Source acquisition is limited to 20 MB and 10,000 rows. Image imports require publicly reachable HTTPS URLs that Shopify can process.

This release does not include FTP/SFTP, private Drive or Dropbox OAuth, other-platform migration, cross-store real-time inventory sync, AI content generation or collection sorting. Externally deleted linked variants can require support recovery and do not automatically free managed-variant capacity. Processing speed depends on catalog size and service limits; no fixed throughput is promised.

Plans and payment

Launch plans, in US dollars
PlanPriceManaged variantsActive feedsScheduling
Free$02,0001Manual only
Starter$9/month or $90/year5,0003Daily
Growth$19/month or $190/year10,00010Hourly

Paid plans have a 14-day trial when offered through Shopify. Annual prices are the total yearly charge. The applicable price, taxes, trial eligibility, billing period and renewal terms are displayed by Shopify before approval. Paid subscriptions recur until cancelled under Shopify's billing arrangements. Paid approval is available only when subscription verification is configured; without it, the app enforces Free and does not offer paid approval.

A managed variant is a distinct Shopify variant linked by this app, together with capacity reserved for approved or unresolved changes. Multiple feeds touching the same variant count it once. Unrelated store variants do not consume capacity. Paused sources free an active-feed slot but retain variant history. Bulk operations use variant capacity without a reusable feed slot. There are no automatic overage charges or per-feed add-ons in these plans.

Shopify handles approval, recurring charges and subscription changes. Returning from an approval URL does not grant paid access; the server verifies the subscription. Downgrades may pause incompatible feeds or prevent further writes above limits without deleting products or mappings. Upgrading does not automatically resume paused work.

Use the app's Billing page and Shopify's available subscription controls to manage your plan. Uninstall through Shopify to end use of the app; Shopify handles the resulting subscription cancellation under its billing rules. Cancellation does not itself promise a refund for an already billed period. Email support for billing or refund requests; we will review them under applicable law and Shopify's billing arrangements. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Availability and support

Processing depends on the app and worker, networks, suppliers and Shopify API limits. Scheduled runs are not a promise of real-time completion. We may pause processing to protect data, investigate unsafe outcomes, respond to outages or prevent misuse. Email support at the address above. We offer no guaranteed response time, uptime commitment or service-level agreement.

Data and confidentiality

Our privacy policy describes providers, retention, deletion and privacy rights. Uninstall disables automation and removes connection credentials and sessions; shop-record deletion follows Shopify lifecycle requests and the retention policy. Product changes already stored in Shopify are not undone. Contact us for any additional data processing terms required for your use. Never send secrets to support.

Ownership

You retain rights in the merchant and supplier data you are entitled to use. You authorize only access and processing needed to provide the service on your instructions. The software and Tikkivo brand remain the operator's or relevant rights holders' property. No Shopify certification or sponsorship is implied.

Responsibility and legal rights

We provide the service with reasonable care within its documented scope. You are responsible for authorized configuration, accurate source information and reviewing material changes. No provision excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending service and changes

You can pause sources, cancel remaining work and uninstall through Shopify. We may suspend unlawful or unsafe use and will provide notice where reasonably possible and legally required. Material changes to terms or prices require appropriate notice and Shopify approval when required. Ending access does not reverse completed catalog writes.
